• Leading on a couple of key client’s digital accounts.

• Being the main point of contact for the client as well as managing an internal team of digital specialist.

• Develop and build excellent client and agency relationships.

• Retain and growclient business

•Develop and evolve strategic thinking.

•Oversee day-to-day management ofthe client services team.

• Help lead and motivate with managing partner and the senior team the whole team to enusure delivery,service and perfomance excellent.

• Work closely with project to ensure smooth implementation of campaigns.

• ensure profitability targets are met and be accountable financially for the business.

• Be a proven new business pitcher and play a part in leading agency pitches.

• Manage and develop account team reseources and skills.


• Good business sense.

• Ability tofully understand the client’s business and marketplace to identify oppurtunities and steer the relationship approriately.

• Good strategic and creative understanding.

• Ability to develop account plans

• Ability to work with network and orther agency partners.

• Comfortable at sealing relationship with senior client contacs.

• Comprehensive knowledge of marketing landscape especially digital media.

• Effective (Written) communications,presentation and negotiation skills.

• Time management and delegation effeciencies

• Proven personnel management skills.

• A strong,confident individual who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty.

• Strong experience within social media strategies and campaigns

Skills Requirements
